Joe has been with BBI since the inception of the company in 1978 and, as President, is responsible for general oversight of all business functions. Joe and his wife of twenty-two years, Radha, have a teenaged son named Ian who fills their lives with excitement and joy each day. Joe and his family travel whenever they get the chance, but are always happy to return home to beautiful Gainesville, Florida.

Chris is a Senior Project Manager. He comes to us from San Antonio, Texas but his roots are here. Chris graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1990 & went on to get his Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Rinker at the University of Florida in 2003. Chris brings with him a wide range of project management experience and will assist in mentoring and training other operations personnel at BBI. His main goal is to expand BBI’s project portfolio. Chris is LEED Certified, has a Certificate of Management in Lean Construction as well as his General Contractor’s License. He loves coaching all sports and spending time mentoring young adults. Chris enjoys fishing and hunting. He is married to his high school sweetheart & they have 5 children ranging from 11 to 20.
Lisa has been with BBI for going on four years and is responsible for all things financial within the company. Originally from Naples, Lisa has lived in the High Springs/Gainesville area for more than seventeen years. Family is the most important thing in Lisa’s life, including her three grown children and two adorable granddaughters. Lisa also loves watching all the college football games each season. Go Gators!

Jason is a Senior Estimator who is responsible for all aspects of estimating costs and pre-construction services for BBI Construction. He graduated from the University of Florida and has a background specializing in project management and estimating. Jason has success overseeing all phases of multimillion dollar construction projects that include retail, high-rise residential, schools and parking garages. Jason is LEED AP Certified. He enjoys running, fishing and watching football. He is married and has two children.
Robert is from Alachua and has lived in the area his whole life. He has worked at BBI for nearly four years and is responsible for managing all phases of assigned construction projects. Robert is happily married to his highschool sweetheart and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jeremy grew up in Interlachen and has been a Gainesville resident for ten years. In his role as Project Manager, Jeremy is involved with the procurement, construction and closeout phases of BBI projects. Jeremy and his wife have a son and two dogs and they enjoy running and other outdoor activities that they can engage in as a family.

James (nicknamed “Butch”) originally hails from Montgomery, Alabama, but has lived in Gainesville for twenty-five years. James joined the BBI team in his role as Project Manager four years ago. James has been married for nearly forty years and has three beautiful daughters and 4 grandchildren. In his free time James is a guitarist with the South Bound Band and he is also a Licensed Charter Captain.

Ben grew up in Bradenton but has lived in Gainesville for the past 16 years. As an Assistant Project Manager, Ben is very involved with multiple projects and assists the Project Managers in the daily aspects of the projects. Ben and his wife have a 2 year old son who keeps them very busy! In Ben’s spare time, he enjoys model railroading, carpentry, motorsports, and family road trips.

A Gainesville resident since 1966, Gary has served eight years in his role as Senior Project Superintendent at BBI. In addition to his work in the field, he is frequently involved in BBI’s presentations for future projects. Gary and his spouse, Terri, have been together for thirty years and they enjoy spending time together, traveling and boating.

Steve has lived in Gainesville for more than sixty years and has worked in his Project Superintendent role at BBI for five years. In his free time Steve is a huge Gator sports fan and also has a passion for surfing.

Originally raised in Palatka, Larry has spent the last ten years in Gainesville and has held his position as a Project Superintendent at BBI for eighteen months. Larry has been married to his wife, Corey for four years and they are currently expecting their first child, a son to be named Nehemiah. Larry is a fan of the Florida Gators, home renovation and spending time with family and friends from church.

Russ is Florida native, growing up in Deland while spending the last 20 years in Gainesville. He began his career with BBI in May 2016 as an Project Superintendent.
Russ enjoys anything he can do with his son that involves the outdoors such as hunting, fishing, camping & boating.
Tim has lived in this area this entire life. He is a civil superintendent with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Tim is a heavy equipment operator, FDOT certified and holds multiple other certifications for civil construction. He enjoys hunting, mudding and spending time with his three boys.
