Known for his decisive leadership and collaborative style, he is focused on strengthening internal operations, supporting high-performing project teams, and building long-term client partnerships that position BBI for continued success.
David oversees preconstruction at BBI, bringing more than two decades of construction industry experience in estimating, cost modeling, and constructability analysis. His approach ensures thoughtful planning and alignment early in the project lifecycle, setting teams up for success long before ground is broken. David’s deep technical expertise and commitment to collaborative planning help BBI deliver predictable, value-driven outcomes for clients.
Jason leads project operations at BBI, applying over 20 years of construction experience to strengthen project execution systems and elevate team performance. He draws on lessons from across the industry to support efficient delivery from kickoff through closeout, ensuring teams are equipped with the leadership, structure, and support they need. Jason is focused on creating operational clarity and consistent results that reflect BBI’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Lindsay is Partner and the leader of marketing and business development at BBI Construction Management, where she drives strategic growth, brand visibility, and market positioning. With over 20 years of experience helping professional services organizations define their growth strategies, she brings a systems-focused, client-centered approach to firm leadership. Lindsay is passionate about connecting BBI’s expertise to client needs and supporting a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and quality delivery.
Jeremy Criscione serves as Senior Project Manager at BBI Construction Management with more than 13 years of experience delivering construction management, general contracting, and design-build projects. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Construction Management, Jeremy has led numerous renovation and infrastructure projects across the University of Florida campus and other institutional facilities requiring disciplined planning and coordination.
Jeremy serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, overseeing planning and project control, scheduling and estimating methods, subcontractor procurement, and project accounting. He works closely with the BBI leadership team during preconstruction to support value management, constructability analysis, and project planning. Jeremy also has experience coordinating Owner Direct Purchase Program components and has participated in discussions related to construction technology tools being implemented across UF projects.
Originally from Interlachen, Jeremy moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and has remained in the area throughout his career. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time outdoors with his family.

Gary Brooks serves as Senior Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 30 years of experience in construction management and general contracting across commercial, healthcare, laboratory, and institutional facilities. A Gainesville resident since 1966, Gary has been part of the BBI team since 2007 and has supervised numerous renovation and infrastructure projects across the University of Florida campus.
Gary leads field operations with a focus on planning and project control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement support, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Rod Whiteside serves as Senior Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 20 years of experience delivering construction management and general contracting projects across higher education and institutional facilities. He specializes in complex renovation and modernization projects within active campus environments, including rapid-turnaround “Summer Slam” projects completed during academic breaks.
Rod has led a wide range of projects including elevator modernizations, roofing replacements, HVAC system upgrades, structural improvements, and large-scale student housing renovations. One of his most notable projects was the University of Florida Keys Housing renovation, where his team completed 120 bathroom renovations and replaced 60 HVAC systems within a 63-day construction schedule.

Lisa has been with BBI since 2012 and is responsible for all things financial within the company. Originally from Naples, Lisa has lived in the High Springs/Gainesville area for more than twenty years. Family is the most important thing in Lisa’s life, including her three grown children and four adorable grandchildren. Lisa also loves watching all the college football games each season. Go Gators!
Dena Deming joined BBI Construction Management in 2022 as an Accounting Assistant, where she supports the company’s financial operations and assists with day-to-day accounting functions.
