Chris is a Partner at BBI Construction Management, overseeing corporate operations and business development. He brings more than two decades of construction management experience, with leadership across commercial, government, and institutional projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in completed work.
Chris joined BBI in 2016 to help spearhead an ownership transition and has since played a key role in shaping the firm’s operational standards, delivery approach, and client relationships. Known for his decisive leadership and collaborative style, he is focused on strengthening internal operations, supporting high-performing project teams, and building long-term client partnerships that position BBI for continued success.
David oversees preconstruction at BBI, bringing more than two decades of construction industry experience in estimating, cost modeling, and constructability analysis. His approach ensures thoughtful planning and alignment early in the project lifecycle, setting teams up for success long before ground is broken. David’s deep technical expertise and commitment to collaborative planning help BBI deliver predictable, value-driven outcomes for clients.
Jason leads project operations at BBI, applying over 20 years of construction experience to strengthen project execution systems and elevate team performance. He draws on lessons from across the industry to support efficient delivery from kickoff through closeout, ensuring teams are equipped with the leadership, structure, and support they need. Jason is focused on creating operational clarity and consistent results that reflect BBI’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Lindsay is Partner and the leader of marketing and business development at BBI Construction Management, where she drives strategic growth, brand visibility, and market positioning. With over 20 years of experience helping professional services organizations define their growth strategies, she brings a systems-focused, client-centered approach to firm leadership. Lindsay is passionate about connecting BBI’s expertise to client needs and supporting a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and quality delivery.
A Gainesville resident since 1966, Gary has served as Senior Project Superintendent at BBI since 2007. In addition to his work in the field, he is frequently involved in BBI’s presentations for future projects. Gary and his spouse, Terri, have been together for over thirty years and they enjoy spending time together, traveling and boating.
Lisa has been with BBI since 2012 and is responsible for all things financial within the company. Originally from Naples, Lisa has lived in the High Springs/Gainesville area for more than twenty years. Family is the most important thing in Lisa’s life, including her three grown children and four adorable grandchildren. Lisa also loves watching all the college football games each season. Go Gators!
Dena Deming joined BBI Construction Management in 2022 as an Accounting Assistant, where she supports the company’s financial operations and assists with day-to-day accounting functions. With a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, she contributes to ensuring the smooth management of project and corporate finances. Outside the office, Dena enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the river with her husband and their German Shepherds.
Jeremy grew up in Interlachen as a child and then moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida. In his role as Senior Project Manager, Jeremy is involved with the procurement, construction and closeout phases of BBI projects. Jeremy and his wife have two kids, two dogs and they enjoy running and other outdoor activities that they can engage in as a family.
John has lived in Gainesville since 2010. He graduated Santa Fe College in 2011 with an AA in Building Construction then moved on to the University of Florida where he graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability & the Build Environment. He is a USGBC LEED Green Associate. Many locals may recognize him since he worked at Lowes as a Millwork Sales Specialist prior to joining the BBI family. John was a Boy Scout for most his life and in 2009 received his BSA Eagle Scout Award. He enjoys shooting sports and is a diehard Gator football fan – which makes his family proud, since this entire family are UF Alumni.
Originally raised in Palatka, Larry came to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida. He has been a Project Superintendent at BBI since 2014. Larry and his wife Corey have one son. Larry is a fan of the Florida Gators, home renovation and spending time with family and friends from church.
Russ is Florida native, growing up in Deland while spending the last 20 years in Gainesville. He began his career with BBI in May 2016 as an Project Superintendent.
Russ enjoys spending time with his son and family, and also enjoys many outdoor activities such as golf, hunting, fishing, camping & boating.
Patrick first joined BBI in 2016 as a Project Superintendent and has since built a wealth of experience across various roles in the construction industry. Now returning to BBI in the same role, he brings extensive expertise in construction project management, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. His deep understanding of the industry and proven leadership make him a valuable asset to both the team and clients.
With over 12 years of construction experience, Rip has worked his way up from laborer to assistant superintendent and now serves as a seasoned (but still young) superintendent. He brings extensive experience managing projects on active campuses and in hospital settings, where attention to detail and safety are critical. Outside of work, Rip and his wife Kristen enjoy life with their young son. When he’s not on a jobsite, you’ll usually find him boating, fishing, or spending time outdoors.
Rod is originally from Canada, but moved to this area when he was 15 years old. He has spent his entire career in construction and truly loves it. Rod has learned many trades and has continued his career into supervisory and management positions. Rod is one of BBI’s Senior Superintendents who helps to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring a successful final project that is delivered in a timely manner. Rod is a true outdoor enthusiasts. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, mountain biking and many other activities. Oh and we can’t forget the fact he is a huge Florida Gators Football fan.
