Rip Trowell serves as a Project Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 13 years of experience supporting construction management and general contracting projects across North Central Florida. A graduate of Santa Fe College with a degree in Construction Management Technology, Rip brings strong technical expertise and disciplined field leadership to BBI’s commercial, healthcare, and institutional construction projects.
Rip manages day-to-day field operations including subcontractor coordination, scheduling implementation, procurement tracking, and site logistics. He works closely with project managers, trade partners, and clients to ensure construction activities remain organized, efficient, and aligned with project schedules and budgets. Much of his experience includes renovation and modernization projects within active campus and healthcare environments where careful coordination, safety compliance, and clear communication are essential.
With strong attention to detail and proficiency in construction technology tools such as Bluebeam Revu and construction management software platforms, Rip supports accurate documentation, quality assurance, and disciplined project execution. His collaborative approach helps deliver reliable construction management services for higher education, healthcare, and institutional clients throughout Gainesville, North Central Florida, and Central Florida.
