Parker Ross

Parker Ross serves as Assistant Project Manager at BBI Construction Management with five years of experience supporting construction management and general contracting projects across commercial and residential sectors. In his role, Parker assists with planning and project control activities including scheduling coordination, subcontractor management, procurement tracking, and construction documentation.

Parker works closely with project managers and field teams to support submittals, RFIs, cost tracking, and progress reporting while helping ensure projects remain aligned with schedule and budget objectives. Aaron Thirion Perez

Aaron Thirion Perez serves as Field Engineer at BBI Construction Management, supporting field operations and project coordination across renovation and infrastructure projects. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Construction Management, Aaron brings strong technical training in construction safety, quality control, and field coordination.

Prior to joining BBI full-time, Aaron gained experience through internships with several major construction firms, where he assisted with safety inspections, quality control, construction documentation, and punch-out coordination. At BBI, he supports project teams by maintaining daily logs, coordinating punch list activities, assisting with conceptual estimating, and organizing project closeout documentation.

Aaron is OSHA 30 certified and bilingual in Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with diverse project teams and trade partners in the field. His hands-on experience and collaborative approach help support safe, organized, and efficient project delivery.

Steve Jones

Steve Jones serves as Senior Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 35 years of experience in construction management and general contracting across institutional, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. A State of Florida Certified General Contractor, Steve has led numerous projects across the University of Florida campus, including healthcare renovations, historic preservation efforts, and complex HVAC and air handling system upgrades.

Steve provides disciplined field leadership with a focus on project planning, scheduling implementation, subcontractor coordination, procurement oversight, and constructability execution. His background as both a Quality Control Manager and estimator strengthens his ability to maintain cost awareness, enforce quality standards, and support value management throughout the construction process.

With OSHA 30-hour certification and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management training, Steve brings a strong commitment to safety, quality assurance, and compliance while delivering projects efficiently within active and occupied environments.

A graduate of Santa Fe College with a degree in Construction Management Technology, Rip brings strong technical expertise and disciplined field leadership to BBI’s commercial, healthcare, and institutional construction projects.

Rip manages day-to-day field operations including subcontractor coordination, scheduling implementation, procurement tracking, and site logistics. Rod Whiteside

Rod Whiteside serves as Senior Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 20 years of experience delivering construction management and general contracting projects across higher education and institutional facilities. He specializes in complex renovation and modernization projects within active campus environments, including rapid-turnaround “Summer Slam” projects completed during academic breaks.

Rod has led a wide range of projects including elevator modernizations, roofing replacements, HVAC system upgrades, structural improvements, and large-scale student housing renovations. One of his most notable projects was the University of Florida Keys Housing renovation, where his team completed 120 bathroom renovations and replaced 60 HVAC systems within a 63-day construction schedule.

Originally from Canada, Rod moved to North Central Florida as a teenager and has spent his entire career in the construction industry. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
