As BBI’s Partner leading Preconstruction, David helps guide projects from the earliest planning stages, where disciplined decision-making has the greatest impact on cost, schedule, and execution. His ability to blend design insight with construction practicality helps clients move forward with confidence.
David’s experience spans higher education, healthcare, public-sector, commercial, and institutional work across Florida, including extensive University of Florida project experience. A triple University of Florida graduate with advanced degrees in architecture and building construction, he brings both technical depth and practical leadership to every project.

Lindsay Diven brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, and market positioning across the architecture, engineering, construction, and entrepreneurial sectors.
As Partner leading Marketing and Business Development at BBI, Lindsay helps shape the firm’s brand, client relationships, strategic pursuits, and long-term growth initiatives. Her background in executive AEC leadership gives BBI a strategic advantage in how the company builds relationships, pursues opportunities, and strengthens its market presence.
Before joining BBI’s ownership team, Lindsay served as a Principal and Director of Marketing + Business Development for a $100 million architecture and engineering firm, helping secure major contracts with clients including Boeing, NASA, and Universal Orlando.
Known for strategic thinking, relationship-building, and connecting business development with business outcomes, Lindsay helps drive BBI’s growth and future vision.

As Senior Project Manager, Jeremy oversees planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost control, procurement, and day-to-day project execution. His experience includes occupied renovations and active facilities where thoughtful planning, clear communication, and disciplined coordination are critical to success.
Known for his organized leadership, hands-on approach, and commitment to follow-through, Jeremy helps keep complex projects moving safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
Parker Ross

Parker Ross
Parker Ross manages BBI projects with hands-on coordination, organization, and disciplined follow-through across complex renovation and facility improvement work.
As Project Manager, Parker is responsible for day-to-day project execution, including schedule management, subcontractor coordination, procurement, submittals, RFIs, construction documentation, cost controls, and communication with owners and design teams. His experience includes higher education, healthcare, public-sector, and institutional projects where careful planning and operational awareness are essential.
With both field and office experience, Parker brings a practical understanding of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Outside of BBI, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, helping lead residential construction efforts that reflect his commitment to quality work and community service.
Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take ownership, Parker brings BBI’s values to every project he leads.
Rod Whiteside
General Superintendent
Rod Whiteside
Rod Whiteside brings more than 20 years of construction leadership experience to his role as General Superintendent, providing field leadership and oversight across BBI’s projects and superintendent team.
As General Superintendent, Rod supports BBI’s field staff with project planning, site logistics, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control. He works closely with project teams to anticipate field challenges, allocate resources, maintain consistent standards across jobsites, and help superintendents keep complex projects moving.
Rod’s experience includes institutional, healthcare, municipal, and large-scale renovation work in active and occupied environments. He is especially experienced in fast-paced campus renovation programs with compressed “Summer Slam” schedules, where detailed planning, strong trade coordination, and schedule accountability are critical.
Known for his hands-on leadership, practical problem-solving, and high expectations in the field, Rod helps develop BBI’s field teams while ensuring every project reflects the disciplined execution and ownership BBI expects on its jobsites.

As Superintendent, Steve leads day-to-day field operations, including planning, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and project delivery. His experience includes numerous University of Florida and healthcare projects, including active medical environments, historic restoration work, and major HVAC modernization projects where precision and careful coordination are critical.
With additional experience in quality control and estimating, Steve brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach that helps teams deliver complex work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
