Larry Messer serves as Superintendent at BBI Construction Management with more than 14 years of experience supporting construction management and general contracting projects across commercial and institutional facilities. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Construction Management, Larry brings strong campus-specific experience working within active and occupied university environments.
Larry leads daily field operations including project planning, scheduling implementation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement tracking to ensure projects remain organized and aligned with schedule and budget objectives. His experience includes multiple renovation and infrastructure projects across the University of Florida campus, where careful coordination and disciplined execution are essential.
Originally from Palatka, Larry moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and has been part of the BBI team since 2014. Outside of work, he enjoys home renovation projects, spending time with family and friends from church, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
